What You'll Do
- →Serves as a program coordinator responsible for administration of the DFAS Career Acclimation Program (DCAP) and DFAS Pathways Internship programs.
- →Participates in the recruitment, on-boarding, and daily administration of programs; provides authoritative guidance to various stakeholders (participants, supervisors, administrative/support staff, applicants) on program requirements and offerings.
- →Creates, coordinates and delivers training and professional career development activities to program participants.
- →Maintains awareness of participants' progress towards program completion and provides status reports to stakeholders.
- →Represents the agency in college recruiting events; supports branding and marketing projects promoting DFAS as an employer of choice; is a key contributor in managing the overall experience for applicants, participants and educational institutions.
- →Applies analytical techniques and evaluation criteria to summarize and measure data to improve the effectiveness and/or organizational productivity of the DCAP and DFAS Pathways Internship programs.
