About the Position: Serves as a Capabilities Development Analyst at 75th Ranger at Fort Moore, Georgia. Only resumes up to a total of two pages will be accepted.
What You'll Do
- →Lead analysis of capability development projects to ensure alignment with strategic mission requirements.
- →Evaluate current and emerging technologies for integration into operational plans.
- →Create strategic plans and policies that guide the development of new operational capabilities.
- →Coordinate multifunctional teams to enhance project outcomes in mission effectiveness Foster partnerships with external stakeholders to leverage additional expertise and resources Oversee training and professional development programs to build organizational capabilities.
- →Manage resources effectively to support program initiatives and optimize outcomes.
- →Develop and maintain detailed documentation to support capability development processes.
