This position is located with the FMWR Business Recreation Division on Fort Greely, Alaska. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives may be paid. Up to 25% recruitment or relocation and/or retention incentive may be paid (service agreement required). Recruitment incentives are applicable to newly hired individuals/rehired individuals. Relocation incentives are applicable to current, regular full-time NAF employees.
What You'll Do
- →Serves as Chief Business and Recreation Division, and as such plans, manages, directs, coordinates and supervises the functions, programs and activities of the division and performs delegated personnel management responsibilities.
- →Establishes standards for programs, develops and implements internal control, and reviews and evaluates the efficiency of all program operations.
- →Ensures fiscal responsibility and monitors expenditures to ensure efficient use of funds and proper accounting procedures.
- →Determines program strengths and weaknesses and devises ways to improve services, reduce operational costs, and increase efficiency.
- →Regularly inspects maintenance of records and documents/forms to insure that record, reports and correspondence are correct and complete and are forwarded at due dates.
