You will serve as an AWARDS SPECIALIST in the Directorate for Administration of NMRTC CAMP LEJEUNE NC.
What You'll Do
- →You will serves as sole subject matter expert (SME), responsible for planning, administering, providing technical guidance, advisory service and to the command on Navy personnel award policies and procedures.
- →You will provide administrative assistance by providing policy and procedural advice in preparing requests for modifications and numerous other requests that managers may need technical insight into.
- →You will be responsible for gathering and maintaining promotion data on all officers to verify eligibility prior to promotion.
- →You will be the NMCCL’s expert on Medical Officer’s Special Pay and is responsible for the implementation and management of the Medical Officer’s Special Pays System.
