What You'll Do
- →DUTY 1: Directs, manages and maintains oversight of all Wing ARM activities for a multiple squadron wing, twenty plus ARM managers and over two hundred aircrew through active & classic associate, AvFID, NSAV, RPA, FTU, or Total Force Integration (TFI) program.
- →DUTY 3: Provides technical guidance and expertise to inquiries from other agencies, functions or individuals, interprets instructions, directives, and operating procedures in response to inquiries.
- →DUTY 4: Visits subordinate units to evaluate the effectiveness of unit level programs.
- →Duty 5: Supervisory Personnel Management, exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities for less than five positions.
