What You'll Do
- →The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as an Air Reserve Technician (ART) Enlisted, to provide the full range of aviation management resources for the unit pertaining to assigned rated/ non-rated / career enlisted / non-career enlisted aircrew.
- →Duties: Plans, implements and controls all operational administrative aspects of aviation resource management.
- →Interprets and administer laws and regulations regarding entitlement incentive pay.
- →Researches, validates, and interprets Air Force Instruction (AFI) Mission Design Series (MDS) specific medical andphysiological requirements and flying and ground training requirements Substantiates personnel listings, determines position status and performs a wide-range of administrative duties.
