What You'll Do
- →The organizational location of this position is: C-17 units in the aircraft operations function of an Air Force Reserve (AFRC) flying squadron. 1.
- →Supervises and directs loadmaster functions and also perform instructor duties. 2.
- →Directs, coordinates, and oversees work through subordinate supervisors. 3.
- →Receives cargo/passenger load briefing and reviews load plan and cargo documentation. 4.
- →Develops goals and objectives that integrate the loadmaster function with operations objectives. 5.
- →Establishes, reviews, or revises policies, procedures, mission objectives, and organization design for the staff as necessary. 6.
- →Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with operations, maintenance and resource managers and staff.
