The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory military and civilian employees assigned to the Command Readiness Branch.
What You'll Do
- →Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Command Readiness Branch ensuring that readiness reviews, data analysis, assessments, resource allocations, and other special readiness projects comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- →Represents (the organization) with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
- →Manages special readiness projects by identifying opportunities, coordinating and obtaining approval for project planning, scheduling readiness team resources, evaluating data, and presenting briefings.
- →Serves as point-of-contact for assigned project workload.
