About the Role
About the Position: This position is located at the 325th Medical Group, Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Student Loan repayment may be authorized. Non-Federal work experience may be creditable for leave purposes.
What You'll Do
- →Assess acute and non-acute clinical problems.
- →Order and interpret related laboratory and diagnostic tests.
- →Prescribe medications.
- →Educate patients and their families regarding healthcare processes and diagnostic tests.
- →Provide counseling to patients and their families in prevention of illness, maintenance of health, and attainment of physical, mental, and social well-being.
- →Develop, review, and update policies, protocols, standards of care, operating procedures, and scope of practice, in collaboration with multidisciplinary members of the healthcare team.
- →Coordinate and conduct in-service education programs for health care professionals and serves as an advisor/member of assigned committees.
