This position is located in the DEA, Operations Support Division, Aviation Division This position(s) primary purpose is to serve as the principle technical advisor to the Administrative Officer and liaison representative to the Center by providing advice, assistance, procedural guidance, and customer service to employees, supervisors in the broad range of personnel management.
What You'll Do
- →As a your typical work assignments may include: Performing human resources liaison duties to address personnel issues that are not always susceptible to direct observation and resolution, such as developing informational materials based on knowledge of internal operations, DEA human resources policies, budgetary constraints, and work priorities.
- →Identifying issues, gathers and analyzes information, and develops advice and guidance to resolve substantive problems affecting the effectiveness and efficiency of work operations in a program or program support setting.
- →Maintaining a records management program for a single-mission program with related functions.
- →Preparing and providing administrative correspondence and special reports for the Administrative Officer.
