This position is located in one of the three offices within the Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration (PRM), U.S. Department of State (DoS). The Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration promotes U.S. interests by working to halt mass and illegal migration.
What You'll Do
- →Coordinates daily office operations, including handling correspondence, managing supplies, and facilitating onboarding processes for new staff to ensure operational efficiency Compile, track, and analyze data using qualitative and quantitative techniques; develop reports and briefings for senior staff; and support program evaluation and improvement initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- →Interpret and apply regulations and style manuals to prepare written materials, maintain organized filing systems, and ensure proper archiving of reference materials in accordance with information management guidelines.
Requirements

- ✓Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the education requirements if you can show that the foreign education is comparable to that received in an accredited educational institution in the United States.
