You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT ASSISTANT in the N42C4, COMPACFLT Ordnance Logistics Division of NAVMAG INDIAN ISLAND.
What You'll Do
- →You will coordinate updates and maintain a financial management database for the unit or detachment.
- →You will submit accurate outgoing funding document request forms to the division.
- →You will use a computer or a conventional typewriter to transcribe narratives, memoranda, messages, letters, and other correspondence and reports.
- →You will prepare travel requests and all associated actions and documentation, ensuring that travelers receive correct and timely orders.
- →You will receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outbound mail, message traffic and correspondence.
Requirements
- ✓In lieu of general/specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Successful completion of at least one full year of graduate education directly related to the work of the position.
- ✓OR A combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
