This position is located in the T family, Bureau of Political-Military Affairs, Office of Regional Security and Arms Transfers (RSAT), which advances U.S. foreign policy and national security interests through its management of bilateral/ multi-lateral political-military and regional security relations and the sale/transfer of U.S.-origin defense articles and services to foreign governments. As Office Administrator, you manage and coordinate large volume of information coming in & out of RSAT.
What You'll Do
- →Refines, develops specific guidelines, or takes measures to improve effectiveness in the administration of programs.
- →Plans and organizes administrative office work, estimates costs, coordinates with staff and line management personnel and conducts management support for the office.
- →Establishes criteria to measure and/or predict the attainment of program or organizational goals and objectives.
