You will serve as a Administrative Specialist in the NAVFAC: PMO 555/SIOP of SIOP PMO NORFOLK NNSY.
What You'll Do
- →You will analyze administrative requirements against available resources to optimize administrative resource pool utilization and staffing.
- →You will formulate strategy for execution of civilian personnel programs including monetary and non-monetary performance and incentive awards, training, security clearances, and position management for respective SIOP FO.
- →You will submit Position Descriptions (PD) to HRO for classification.
- →You will develop and implement consistent methodology for maintenance of central office supplies.
- →You will track all organizational change requests as well as contractor requests through the Position Management Board (PMB).
- →You will identify, analyze, and make recommendations to resolve conventional problems and situations related to the programs administered.
