The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as the Group Commander's Administrative Specialist for military issues such as performance reports, promotion recommendation folders and military/civilian decoration programs. Facilitates process improvements, provides writing guidance and training, and carries out oversight of the above programs for four Air Force squadrons and one operating location.
What You'll Do
- →Serves as the Executive Administrator for the Commander and, as such, as a liaison between the Commander's office and subordinate organizations regarding all administrative management functions.
- →Plans, manages, and organizes the group's organizational arrangement and workflow for the military performance reports, military/civilian decorations and recognition programs.
- →Accomplishes a variety of staff studies and reports concerning Group support effectiveness and efficiency to provide data required in current and future plans and operations and in response to requirements imposed by higher headquarters.
- →Maintains the Group CC's, two CDs' and SEM's daily calendar, making appointments and arranging meetings, based on a personal knowledge of the supervisor's schedule and current issues.
