You will serve as an Administrative Specialist in the Contracts Department of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA.
What You'll Do
- →You will provide recommendations to supportive changes in processes and execute administrative procedures approved by leadership within the organization to reduce the burden of administrative requirements on managers, supervisors and others.
- →You will advise ways to automate administrative support systems such as records, communications, directives, forms, files, and documentation.
- →You will Independently develop and execute administrative improvement plans, tracks critical path, and troubleshoots arising problems.
- →You will work with leadership to evaluate operational and administrative staffing efficiency.
- →You will execute plans, develop, and independently maintain systems and procedures for personnel management activities.
Requirements
- ✓In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
