You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST in the CORPORATE OPERATIONS TOTAL FORCE MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA.
What You'll Do
- →You will perform a variety of moderately complex tasks assigned to increase the employee knowledge and understanding of the Human Resources functions.
- →You will advise on and/or resolve moderately complex, non-controversial, factual, procedural and/or recurring issues.
- →You will make informed judgments on problems and issues; perform management advisory services for specific requests related to immediate problems of limited scope.
- →You will adhere to instructions, policies and guidelines in exercising judgment to resolve commonly encountered work problems and deviations, and bring controversial information to the supervisor’s attention for direction.
- →You will independently plan and carry out the assignments in conformance with accepted policies and practices.
