You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST in the US NAVAL COMMUNITY COLLEGE.
What You'll Do
- →You will support the USNCC, as they oversee all student-facing and Partner Institution (PI) operations to ensure to reach or exceed their target term-over-term continuation goals for their assigned programs.
- →You will Advise the data and education technology (Ed Tech) teams on technology solutions and improvements to meet and exceed term-over-term continuation targets.
- →You will provide holistic support to students through proactive synchronous and asynchronous experiences and touchpoints.
- →You will utilize the USNCC website, myUSNCC student portal, Salesforce, email campaigns, Confluence/JIRA and other technology and software systems to carry out daily assignments.
- →You will develop content and documentation that includes the student handbook, orientation content, checklists and handouts related to program eligibility and requirements, course-level actions, appeals, and any other document.
- →You will monitor individual service members' educational progress and conduct follow-ups to ensure that individuals are meeting their goals.
- →You will create and maintain updated reports for students who are on Leave of Absence, make recommendations for enrollment and withdrawals, and facilitate necessary escalations.
Requirements
- ✓In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
