You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST in the US NAVAL COMMUNITY COLLEGE.
What You'll Do
- →You will analyze student and program data to identify trends affecting enrollment, retention, and completion outcomes.
- →You will develop data validation procedures to ensure accuracy and usability of institutional data.
- →You will produce performance reports and data dashboards to track key program metrics and inform leadership decisions.
- →You will facilitate cross-functional meetings with internal teams and Partner Institutions to coordinate program and technology improvements.
- →You will translate stakeholder feedback and data findings into recommendations for process and technology enhancements.
- →You will resolve escalated data discrepancies and student cases with Partner Institutions to meet established service level agreements.
- →You will update standard operating procedures and service level documentation to maintain consistency and compliance across programs.
- →You will collaborate with information technology and data teams to implement and test system enhancements.
- →You will evaluate emerging education technologies to recommend scalable solutions that improve student outcomes.
