The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as the administrative personnel liaison, implementing a variety of human resources programs and administer the personnel security program in support of the Joint Special Operations University (JSOU).
What You'll Do
- →Serves as primary focal point and action officer in support of all assigned Military Personnel.
- →Serves as primary focal point in support of all assigned Civilian Personnel.
- →Controls and maintains the JSOU Unit Manning Document (UMD) and Joint Table of Distribution (JTD).
- →Monitors the personnel security administration program for JSOU and serves as unit security manager in a highly classified work environment.
- →Implements umit security education and motivation programs.
- →Works special projects related to all aspects of human resource duties, contributing to briefings, reports, analyses of alternatives and suggestions for improving procedures.
