What You'll Do

  • If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected team that is responsible for providing a variety of administrative support services to the United States Attorneys' Office (USAO) in most or all of the following areas: space management, purchasing supplies and equipment, security, internal controls, mail, records, reproduction services, forms management, and communication services.
  • Typical work assignments will include: Applying a wide range of statistical and quantitative analytical methodologies in managing USAO support services budget.
  • Performing an in-depth analysis of support services budget requests by USAO managers and supervisors employing such techniques as cost-benefit analysis, program trade-offs, and exploring alternative approaches to funding.
  • Preparing a variety of reports concerning the status of funds, expenses, and obligations, as required by EOUSA.
  • Making purchases within delegated authority.
  • Maintaining purchasing and contract records.
  • Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress.

Requirements

  • All academic degrees and coursework must be completed at a college or university that has obtained accreditation or pre-accreditation status from an accrediting body recognized by the U.S.
  • Department of Education.
