You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER in the Manpower - G1 Department of MARINE CORPS AIR GROUND COMBAT CTR.
What You'll Do
- →You will serve as the Administrative Officer (AO} in the office of the Assistant Chief of Staff (AC/S) G-1, Manpower, at the Marine Corps Air Ground Task Force Training Command (MAGTFTC), Twentynine Palms, CA.
- →You will prepare and submit budget data calls, develop Program Objective Memorandum (POAM) submissions, and provide weekly and monthly Status of Funds reports to leadership and account managers.
- →You will provide guidance and assistance to personnel on travel regulations, claims processing, and account management.
- →You will prioritize and make determinations as to actions to be taken for release and/or denial of agency records in response to requests for information under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).
- →You will investigate and secure FOIA information in support of contractual issues and claims, non-contractual claims, litigation support, and procurement issues.
- →You will act as the primary technical support liaison (TASO) for G-1 personnel, tracking all technical support and work requests (MAXIMO) for equipment and facilities.
- →You will review FOIA appeals, analyze the facts of each and forward all applicable information, with appropriate justifications for withholding, to the Marine Corps General Counsel for appellate action.
- →You will develop/write and implement the FOIA and Privacy Act (PA) programs for the release of information.
- →You will function as the G-1 Consolidated Memorandum Receipt (CMR) Reviewing Officer, responsible for the accountability, management, and safeguarding of all assigned government property.
- →You will manage Government Commercial Purchase Card (GCPC) cardholders. conduct compliance reviews. and make purchases for the directorate, ensuring all transactions adhere to procurement regulations.
- →You will manage, maintain, track, and provide general oversight for the G-1 Manpower budget.

- ✓In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
