About the Role
About the Position: This position serves as a staff advisor for the Construction Division, responsible for directing services in the areas of administrative management and field support, personnel administration and training, manpower management, budget and funds administration, and general office support services.
What You'll Do
- →Maintain data to create a variety of reports on various construction management programs, enabling efficient research and production of management reports and studies, while familiar with joint programs and working with multiple agencies.
- →Maintain records of personnel actions to ensure that actions involving changes in strength are in accordance with Table of Distribution Allowances (TDA).
- →Collaborate with Human Resources in finding solutions to issues that impact jobs and employees.
- →Assist with formulating, executing, and analyzing the fiscal year operating budget to include salaries, travel, training, and other costs utilizing databases for accounting systems.
- →Administer a training program for an organization which includes coordinating, organizing, and reproducing course materials and training aids; ensuring completion of forms.
- →Plan meetings and develop the agenda for discussion and presentations covering specific policies and procedures for an organization.
