About the Role
Area of Consideration open within the AJW-2E organization. The incumbent serves as an Administrative Officer within Engineering Services (ES).
What You'll Do
- →Performs a combination of routine, multiple, and varying assignments under the general direction of a manager, project/program manager, team lead or more experienced personnel.
- →Applies experience and detailed knowledge of a variety of administrative programs such as REGIS, PRISM and PCard, Government Vehicles, Teleworking Agreements, AITS, Castle and E2.
- →Articulates and communicates assignments to the administrative staff within the assigned organization.
- →Articulates the projects, problems to be solved, actionable events, milestones and/or program issues under review and deadlines and time frames for completion.
- →Incumbent ensures continuous support coverage for all ES administrative programs within the assigned organization.
- →Identifies inconsistencies, inefficiencies, lack of processes, and makes recommendations for solutions.
- →Identifies the need for and develops instructions or procedures for administrative support within assigned tasks.
- →Provides training and support to administrative team within assigned group to ensure implementation of the organization's administrative programs, policies, and procedures.
- →Identifies potential problems and reports them to appropriate managerial level with recommended solutions.
- →Performs the full range of administrative functions, implementing the organization's administrative programs, policies and procedures.
- →Refers to managers and professionals, who are more experienced, with problems that require their attention.
- →May help develop and recommend solutions.
- →Provides assistance to support project management accuracy of the Corporate Work Plan (CWP) for assigned group.
- →Provides reports, analysis and recommendations utilizing various automation software programs, tools and techniques used in support of the CWP such as the CWP Portal, Excel and Tableau.
