About the Role

The Administrative Officer manages office operations which include monitoring and reporting on the completion of work. They maintain multiple automated systems and processes to support office functions. They will also be responsible for managing calendars and scheduling meetings for senior leaders.

What You'll Do

  • Create and maintain automated systems and processes to support effective office management.
  • Attend meetings to record, summarize and distribute minutes.
  • Follow up with meeting participants afterwards to ensure the commitments made are addressed.
  • Ensure practices and procedures used by staff are consistent with standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with HR and Budget personnel on a variety of issues.
  • Promote the principles of the organization effectively through oral and written communications.
  • Manage office operations to include monitoring assignments to ensure completion.
  • Utilize knowledge of administrative regulations or operating procedures.
  • Conduct first level review of documents, reports, training /marketing materials, or presentations.
  • Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday flexible between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. daily.

Requirements

  • You must be a U.S.
