This position is located in the Bureau of Diplomatic Security, Executive Directorate and is responsible for establishing and implementing administrative policies for the oversight of a broad range of support services including space planning, facility management coordination, domestic fleet management, property management, domestic and international travel authorization and control, acquisition planning, contract administration, procurement, and other related services.
What You'll Do
- →Supervises and evaluates staff performance, establishes work priorities, and balances workload to ensure effective mission execution.
- →Provides policy direction, technical guidance, and operational oversight to subordinate staff and managers.
- →Plans, directs, and coordinates administrative support services including procurement, logistics, facility management, property management, and travel operations.
- →Manages budget execution and resource allocation while ensuring compliance with federal regulations, policies, and organizational priorities.
- →Serves as principal liaison with federal agencies, contractors, and external stakeholders to resolve complex operational, acquisition, and facility-related issues.
