This position is part of the Defense Human Resources Activity. The incumbent will be serve as an Administrative Officer for the OHR Director and PSD Director, with broad responsibilities in the areas of administration and support and with responsibility for the coordination and implementation of the DHRA Agency-Wide Awards Program.
What You'll Do
- →As a Administrative Officer at the GS-0301-12 some of your typical work assignments may include: - Acts as the OHR/PSD central point of contact for all internal and external correspondence; screens, prioritizes, assigns, and tracks inquiries and requests, monitoring progress and reporting status weekly to senior leadership.
- →The incumbent ensures compliance with Department of War (DoW), Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA), and agency policies by independently analyzing and interpreting higher-level directives and developing implementation plans. - Provides substantive analysis and recommendations to the HR Director and PSD Director on administrative operations, priorities, and program effectiveness.
