In this position you will serve as the Administrative Officer and provide leadership in the management of business functions in support of program standards and initiatives. You will work closely with the management team to efficiently and effectively carry out all administrative operations and is responsible for performing a variety of duties in support of the field operations.
What You'll Do
- →The duties described are for the full-performance level.
- →At developmental grade levels, assignments will be of more limited scope, performed with less independence and limited complexity.
- →The duties may include, but are not limited to: Provides management advisory services and formulates and implements administrative management policies, procedures, operations, goals, and objectives.
- →Identifies possible problems or anticipated changes in methods or requirements and develops a set of alternate courses.
- →Advises management officials of the potential consequences of each proposed solution and provides recommendations to assist in making decisions.
- →Functions as the primary advisor and technical resource on budget, accounting, and financial management matters.
- →Informs and is a resource for employees concerning human resource rules, policies, regulations, and procedures and oversees employees' orientation and retirement procedures.
- →Advises management officials and staff regarding procurement and contracting regulations, procedures, availability of funds, and potential alternatives.
- →Provides technical and administrative supervision.
