About the Role
Reclamation is seeking a career professional looking for an opportunity to capitalize on their expertise as a Administrative Assistant/Officer. You can make a difference in the West by assisting in meeting increasing water demands while protecting the environment. Duty Location: Carson City, Nevada This is not a remote position.
What You'll Do
- →The primary duties of this position are: Performs, provides, obtains, and advises on a variety of management services essential to the direction and efficient operation of the Area Office.
- →Assure that Area Office administrative internal systems and procedures for carrying out its functions meet the requirements of balancing costs, benefits, productivity, and effectiveness.
- →Establish internal procedures to secure adequate control in terms of deadlines, progress reports, and directives and uses own initiative in developing procedures which will increase the general flow of information and overcome bottlenecks in the administrative process.
- →Serves as the Information Technology systems oversight, protecting automated systems and information.
- →Serves as action officer between the Human Resources Office and the Area Office pertaining to all aspects of human resources, reorganization, organization structuring, position management, and manpower utilization.
- →Coordinates the development of the fiscal operating budget for the Area Office.
- →Schedules and assigns work to assure that deadlines are met and that the work flows evenly.
