You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (OA) of NAVY LEADERSHIP ETHICS CTR.
What You'll Do
- →You will verify travel entitlements and special authorizations are correct and in compliance with the Joint Travel Regulation/Joint Federal Travel Regulation, existing directives and policies.
- →You will coordinate with NLEC procurement department to ensure availability of funds for the line of accounting.
- →You will maintain files and records in accordance with the NLEC internal operating procedures for the purchase cards to ensure documentation is in compliance.
- →You will produce monthly reports to reconcile and verify individual and command Personnel TEMPO data.
