About the Role
You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (OA) for NAVY LEADERSHIP ETHICS CTR.
What You'll Do
- →You will process DTS travel requests, verify travel entitlements, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- →You will process reports to reconcile changes and identify problems related to charge card accounts.
- →You will coordinate with procurement to confirm funds for travel and purchases.
- →You will review travel authorizations and upload supporting documents as a DTS Reviewing Official.
- →You will manage the Government Purchase Card program, ensuring proper purchases and timely reconciliation.
- →You will advise customers on travel procedures and answer routine inquiries.
- →You will perform administrative duties including mail handling, filing, and document routing.
