The primary purpose of this position is to serve as Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Large Language Model Optimization (LLMO) and Web Master Contracting Officer Representative (COR), providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over contracts assigned to the section.
What You'll Do
- →Tracks and analyzes website performance metrics related to traffic, rankings, and conversions, leveraging web analytics tools to gain actionable insights.
- →Oversees periodic and comprehensive assessment and evaluation of production program goals, objectives, which will provide a basis for long-range planning to enhance the organization's management capabilities.
- →Provides oversight and guidance to contractors for agency advertising programs, to include national call center, agency websites, and Call Center complaints resolutions.
- →Manages the direct marketing program and develops national direct marketing strategy.
