You will serve as a WATERFRONT OPERATIONS MANAGER in the WATERFRONT OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT of SOUTHWEST REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CENTER.
What You'll Do
- →You will ensure department goals are aligned to Command Strategic Plans.
- →You will develop training requirements to ensure skill sets are developed.
- →You will review evaluations of non-supervisory employees, assure reasonable quality of induvial employee performance objectives, standards and ratings among organization units.
- →You will establish department controls ensuring compliance, maximizing effective use of resources and minimizing fraud, waste and abuse.
- →You will establish and execute policies and procedures for Waterfront Operations Department as well as oversee a number of highly technical fleet support programs.
- →You will lead long-range strategic planning.
- →You will develop goals and objectives for the department.
- →You will compile, study and analyze existing programs and business practives.
- →You will serve as a central point of contact on metrics and reengineering.
