About the Role

What You'll Do

  • Receives, loads and unloads vending items for delivery to vending and micro market locations.
  • Drives vehicles with a gross vehicle weight of up to 26,000 pounds over public roads at highway speeds under all traffic conditions to transport merchandise.
  • Removes aged food or other merchandise from machines and micro markets, replenishes merchandise and makes appropriate notations on required documents.
  • Monitors brands and sale prices to ensure adequate stocking levels and compliance with approved selling prices.
  • Cleans interior and exterior of machines, coolers, fixtures, and kiosks to ensure compliance with sanitation regulations.
  • May make minor repairs such as removing coins that have "jammed" or clearing dispensing paths.
  • Collects money and turns in to the supervisor or designated cashier.
  • May help vending machine repairer in the minor maintenance and repair of vending machines and kiosks.
  • May be required to make limited emergency repairs to vehicle and change tires.
  • Complies with fire, safety and security rules, regulations or orders.
  • Provides World Class Customer Service with an emphasis on courtesy.
  • Assists customers and communicates positively in a friendly manner.
  • Takes action to solve problems quickly.
  • Alerts the higher-level supervisor, or proper point of contact for help when problems arise.
