The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Delta level primary POC to the CC/Director(s) for all admin support programs to include but not limited to task management, DDR, LeaveWeb, updates via MilPDS, PROA, tracking/execution of military evals in myEval, CMS case management, military personnel awards via myDec, myFSS, various roster management in BLSDM, TMT Tasker Management for various CFC and Delta awards; assists in oversight of organization manpower resource requirements.
What You'll Do
- →Serves as the Delta Staff, 1 EWS, 3 STS, Det 3, 7 EWS, 23 EWS, 37 TIS, 63 CVS, and 76 EWS point of contact and liaison with the Peterson Military Personnel Flight (MPF) and Civilian Personnel Office (CPO) on numerous military and civilian personnel issues. 2.
- →Serves as the resident subject matter expert for all mandated military and civilian administrative support programs. 3.
- →Directly assists the commanders/directors in the management of all administrative support program functions.
- →Administers programs and serves as the primary source of the most current military regulations and policies that come down from HHQ. 4.
- →Performs other clerical and administrative work in support of the office/organization.
