THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a UNIT PROGRAM COORDINATOR, Position Description Number D3021000 and is part of the KS 190 Air Refueling Wing, National Guard.
What You'll Do
- →As a UNIT PROGRAM COORDINATOR, GS-0303-07, you will assist Personnel Management Activities: Supports the administration of military personnel management programs including requesting personnel actions such as promotions, evaluations, awards, and leave.
- →Provides customer service and guidance on organizational personnel policies and procedures.
- →Monitors personnel records and supports preparation of routine personnel actions with guidance from higher graded HR Specialist.
- →Assists with maintaining personnel files and electronic records in accordance with Air Force, Air National Guard, and local directives.
- →Participates in tracking training requirements for assigned organization and helps coordinate developmental opportunities.
- →Other duties as assigned.
- →Work Schedule: This position works on a 5/4/9 compressed work schedule that consists of a 5-day workweek, then a 4-day workweek (eight 9-hour days and one 8-hour day and an SDO, Scheduled Day Off) to complete the 80-hour pay period.
- →Work schedule is subject to change based on mission requirements.
- →Telework: ELIGIBLE FOR SITUATIONAL TELEWORK ONLY, INCLUDING EMERGENCY AND PRESCRIBED "UNSCHEDULED TELEWORK
