The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a transportation deployment specialist, responsible for the management of cargo and passenger functions in support of units subject to deployment and operational missions.
What You'll Do
- →Participates in the development and evaluation of transportation deployment training programs, Analyzes training requirements; develops lesson plans-, course outlines, and evaluation instruments.
- →Provides technical assistance to the Installation Deployment Officer (IDO) and chief of the Deployment Control Center (DCC) in the analysis of Deployment operations for base tenant organizations during exercises, deployments and re-deployments.
- →Assists the IDO in directing trained Augmentees during deployment exercises or actual deployments in the administration and implementation of Cargo Deployment Function.
- →Works with the Cargo and Passenger Terminal personnel in coordinating the transportation functions supporting deployment and operational missions, Using appropriate documentation, boards aircraft and off-loads all appropriate cargo for destination.
- →Performs duties as· a Passenger Service Representative, As a member of the Passenger Reservation Center (PRC) will pull the pre-manifest, and coordinate with upline/downline PSC's when additional seats are required.
