The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a traffic/information controller, ensuring coordination and documentation requirements are met to ensure timely completion of all cargo and passenger loading/offloading, and ground servicing activities. Additionally, this postion processes the required documentation for report generation.
What You'll Do
- →As a traffic/information controller, works on a shift in the 24-hour/7-days-a-week operation of the Air Terminal Operations Center's (ATOC) information control function.
- →Plans and coordinates activities involving the processing of cargo and passenger records originating and transiting through the Aerial Port.
- →Performs ramp coordinator duties and closely monitors SOEs and all aerial port ground handling operations, maintaining constant communication with the ATOC.
- →Prepares and submits Monthly Station Traffic Handing Report (RCS): AMC/DOZM (M&Q) 7107 report.
- →Performs duties as a file/records technician and maintains local databases, spreadsheets, and word processing files used for vital data collection.
