The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Technical Publications Assistant coordinating the Technical Order Distribution Office (TODO) and the Enhanced Technical Information Management System (ETIMS).
What You'll Do
- →Manages the TODO Program.
- →Establishes, maintains, and administers the Technical Order (TO)/TechnicalManual (TM) programs in accordance with established policies, to include protection and disposition of TO/TMsand automated software/eTools.
- →Serves as functional administrator for the ETIMS System.
- →Manages and maintains the automated ETIMS System to include protection and disposition of software.
- →Manages Technicals Order Distribution Accounts (TODAs).
- →Establish and/or update ETIMS User profiles and organization metadata.
- →Administers training to TODAs, as required, and ensures Computer Based Training (CBT)requirements are met.
- →Manages local instructions, supplements, work cards, other publications and programs affecting the Maintenance Group.
- →Performs general office administrative duties; Uses varied functions of word processing software to create, format, modify, edit, and print a variety of letters, reports, memos, and other textual documents.
