You will serve as a Technical Project Manager (Technician) at NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. The salary range shown above represents all of the positions within the band, including high grade positions. This is not a high-grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-13 Step 10 (currently $138,370). This position is equivalent to the GS-13/14 level.
What You'll Do
- →You will plan, direct, execute, and report programs to meet developmental, engineering, and test and technical requirements.
- →You will apply technical engineering principles and concepts to meet complete multi-mission research and development and test and evaluation mission requirements.
- →You will prepare documentation, schedules, reports, and briefing material.
- →You will provide managers, supervisors, peers, and test system sponsors with expert summaries and guidance.
- →You will manage test programs which may include rocket and missile assembly.
- →You will maintain funding for each program including issuing funds for contracts and range support.
