You will serve as a TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER (TECHNICIAN) in the EOD Systems Division (W3), Force Protection Systems Branch (W35) of NAVSURFWARCEN IH DIV. The salary range shown above represents all of the positions within the band, including high grade positions. This is not a high grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-13 Step 10 (currently $158,322).
What You'll Do
- →You will serve as a subject matter expert on Arms, Ammunition and Explosives Armory and Magazine projects.
- →You will provide comprehensive administrative leadership, financial accountability, and strategic oversight for the production of pre-engineered and prefabricated armories and magazines for the Department of War.
- →You will be consulted in the planning, designing, analyzing, improving, and installing of integrated systems in portable armories and magazines.
- →You will provide hands-on technical guidance to ensure strict adherence to NSWC IHD Specifications 3046-1 and 3046-2, as well as all applicable Unified Facilities Criteria and Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command regulatory standards.
- →You will ensure the organization's vision, mission and strategic plans are communicated with customers and other team members.
