Who may apply: Current permanent DFAS employees in the competitive service, eligible DoD PPP Military Spouse preference applicants, and current DFAS VRA employees. Position is located in IT DIR OFFICE, ENTERPRISE SERVICES, MISSION SUPPORT, INFORMATION ASSURANCE OFFICE SUPPORT, ZTAIB. This job announcement may be used to fill similar positions on other teams in the I&T Directorate.
What You'll Do
- →Makes changes in organization of work or assignments of functions to positions to improve work flow and services rendered, promote job satisfaction.
- →Assigns work to employees or to units or assigns employees to positions based on a selective consideration of such factors as difficulty and requirements of assignments available.
- →Prepare form request for filling vacancies or for additional personnel to meet workload requirements.
- →Formulates training plans for assigned employees; conducts informal training to broaden employee skills in addition to more formal training when need is apparent.
