You will serve as a SUPPLY TECHNICIAN in the EXERCISE SUPPORT DIVISION of OFFICE OF THE COMMANDING GENERAL.
What You'll Do
- →You will be responsible for providing maintenance activities with supply, fiscal, and logistical support in a timely manner, and in sufficient quantities, in order to achieve Command and Organizational goals.
- →You will responsible for providing financial management for both reimbursable and direct funding processes by posting, tracking, and completing commitments, obligations, expenditures, and liquidation of funds within a prescribed timeline.
- →You will be responsible for maintaining accountability of assets assigned to the Exercise Support Division directed by Headquarters Marine Corps.
- →You will be responsible for submitting open purchase requirement by utilizing the Government wide Commercial Purchase Card (GCPC or Purchase Request Builder, and certify invoices through wide area work flow.
- →You will be responsible for participating in reconciliations and validations of local supply records, maintenance requests, and Department of Defense or Marine Corps mechanize reports.
