About the Position: This position is for a Supply Technician (Office Automation) located at Evans Army Community Hospital (EACH), Fort Carson, CO. -A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. -Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. -Student Loan repayment may be authorized. -Non-Federal work experience may be creditable for leave purposes.
What You'll Do
- →Conduct extensive and exhaustive searches for information and reconstruct records for complex supply transactions.
- →Provide medical supply support for production, overhaul, repair, or other operations for urgent, critical and shortage items.
- →Respond to a variety of customer, program reviews and vendor inquiries ensuring a positive customer experience.
- →Manage the Government Purchase Card transactions used for medical supply purchases.
- →Assist in preparing budget forecasts, i.e., demand and review, to determine categories and quantities of items.
- →Type letters, reports, memo's and other related documentation using various computer software programs; spreadsheets, graphic software, charts, and word processing programs for presentations.
