About the Position: This position is located at 375th Medical Group at Scott Air Force Base in Illinois.
What You'll Do
- →Perform direct customer service in the punctual and accurate technical screening, filling, and issuing of in-house clinical requisitions for medical/surgical supplies and equipment.
- →Review all electronic shipping transactions generated to ensure all transactions process correctly.
- →Provide technical and administrative guidance to lower grade personnel on systems and other supply problems.
- →Reconcile undelivered orders with financial records.
- →Ensure all data is reflected in the appropriate general ledger.
- →Perform causative research for any adjustments that may have to be made to the automated inventory management system.
- →Load processed supplies and equipment of all types and size onto delivery vehicles.
- →Deliver medical specimens to various locations.
