What You'll Do
- →Investigates stock/record/material discrepancies impacting inventory balances.
- →Inspects material based on correspondence on potential defective materials, and item data reports/research/updates.
- →Receives a variety of communications such as emails, telephone calls, letters, reports, IOMs, etc., concerning discrepancies involving material inspections, issues, shipments, receipts, storage and inventory adjustment actions.
- →Performs physical inventory counts, material inspections and location survey checks, updates records based on cyclic inspections, and researches receipt discrepancies for record adjustments.
- →Conducts preliminary research for inventory and location survey, research and update item data, perform material tracking, input of Material Release Orders (MRO's),Stock Transfer Orders (STO’s) research.
- →Performs filing, correspondence and other clerical tasks.
