The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to the Individual Protective Equipment Element.
What You'll Do
- →Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Individual Protective Equipment Element of the Logistics Readiness Squadron, ensuring that the Activity complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- →Represents the Individual Protective Equipment Element with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
- →Maintains data in the Mobility Inventory Control and Accountability System (MICAS).
