What You'll Do
- →As a Supervisory Personnel Security Specialist, you will: Directing enterprise-wide physical and personnel security operations for headquarters, laboratories, and geographically dispersed facilities to ensure protection of personnel, assets, and government property.
- →Oversees implementation of security policies, access control programs, credentialing operations, guard force contracts, insider threat initiatives, and security technology systems to mitigate organizational risk.
- →Administers personnel security programs, including suitability determinations, background investigations, adjudications, and security clearance processes in accordance with federal requirements.
- →Managing security program resources, budgets, acquisitions, and performance measures while ensuring adherence to federal security standards and mandates.
- →Providing strategic security guidance to senior executives and represents the organization in coordination with law enforcement, intelligence, and interagency security partners.
