You will serve as a Supervisory Program Manager in the Technologies Division of COMNAVSPECWARDEVGRU.
What You'll Do
- →You will manage all communications developmental programs identified as potential solutions to operational shortfalls.
- →You will interpret and establish policy for analyzing and evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of research and development-related programs.
- →You will interpret and adapt specific guidelines to address operational and technological deficiencies.
- →You will participate in field testing of communication devices, equipment, systems, and components.
- →You will develop after-action reports and other reports as necessary.
- →You will provide training to system users and write procedures and manuals on newly developed systems.
- →You will identify potential solutions to specific operational needs.
- →You will perform a wide variety of administrative and civilian duties.
- →You will plan and schedule work to be accomplished by subordinates.
