You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER in the BUSINESS OPERATIONS DIV, T&E MANAGEMENT FOR PROGRAMS & OPS DEPT of NAVTESTWINGLANT NWCF.
What You'll Do
- →You will plan, manage, and administer all organizational contracts and their associated programs.
- →You will supervise a multi-disciplined team by planning workloads, setting priorities, evaluating employee performance, and providing technical and administrative oversight.
- →You will manage the entire lifecycle of contracts, from initial development and source selection to active administration and final closeout.
- →You will lead pre-solicitation activities, including acquisition planning, market research, requirements definition, and the development of Statements of Work.
- →You will monitor contract execution and financial reports to ensure performance assessments are conducted and funds are properly allocated and expensed.
- →You will integrate inputs and perform extensive analysis to ensure that organizational requirements are accurately reflected in contract objectives and priorities.
